We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was ideal, as it was conveniently close to the HSR shuttle bus station. We were able to easily explore the city and visit nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing top-notch service and making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with modern amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle for our convenience. The housekeeping service was excellent, ensuring that everything was clean and tidy throughout our stay. We also appreciated the helpful tour assistance provided by the hotel. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for families seeking comfort, quality service, and a great location.

The hotel offered a decent breakfast with a variety of packaged pastries and fruits. , the rooms were spacious with a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel made it convenient to explore the city's attractions as they were easily accessible by public transportation. The best part was the staff who were friendly and welcoming.
The hotel needs renovation as the bathroom fixtures were outdated and worn out. The air conditioning system was noisy, and I couldn't regulate the temperature in my room as it was controlled centrally.

The hotel is located in a great area close to night markets and tourist attractions. the staff was very welcoming and even upgraded our room for free. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our spacious room and appreciated the outstanding interior design and facilities offered.
Although the room was large and quiet, it was not soundproof. We could easily hear people chatting in the aisle.
